Good reasons to write

• A species or topic request. We add species and guides in batches.
• A photo credit or license question. Include the page address and the file name.
• A privacy request. See the privacy policy.
• Anything else about the site.

Before you write

• We cannot identify a bird from a description or photo by email. Try the Bird Finder, or ask a local Audubon chapter or a regional birding group.
• For an injured or orphaned bird, contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitator or your state wildlife agency. Do not wait for a reply from us.
• We cannot give legal or veterinary advice.
